hey when i try open my acc it opens then i try open an char it take long time to open then it say conection time out help i redownloaded the ipchanger and the client then it dont open and it opens any other server 8.60

server is offline on tuesdays and thursdays....
and if online on thursday or tuesday then maybee only for short time online(2-5 hours)
